The collection is exploring the quiet intimacy of the everyday life. The paintings focus on the often overlooked moments of connection. Set entirely on balconies, each painting captures a snapshot in time, while focusing on themes of solitude, companionship, loneliness and loss.

Painting no1 of the series, this piece shows a young girl in her twenties, she's moved to the city of her dreams while feeling overwhelmed, she is focussing on a moment of stillness and companionship. The presence of her dog grounds her, offering emotional completeness without needing words to communicate.
