This piece is less about telling a specific story and more about creating a space for one. I wanted it to feel like a moment paused in time, where someone has just been there, or is about to return. It's intentionally left unresolved, allowing each person to bring their own memories and emotions to it.

Life has unfolded here, but never explain exactly how or why. It could be the quiet aftermath of someone getting ready, what remains of a shared evening, or simply an ordinary moment that suddenly feels significant.

I like the idea that the painting changes depending on who's looking at it. We all carry different experiences, and I wanted this piece to act almost like a mirror, inviting the viewer to fill in the gaps with their own story.
